Shipping policy

We appreciate your order and aim to provide fast and reliable shipping on every purchase.

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days of receipt. Once your order has been processed, you can typically expect delivery within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays. Orders placed after 5pm CST (or on weekends) will start the process the following business day. 

Please note that these timeframes may vary slightly due to carrier delays, inclement weather, or increased volume during holiday seasons or promotional periods. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress. Tracking notifications for our supplement products may experience slight delays due to shipping from our corporate office and a lag time from their system to ours.
